Permission:

Southern Rock Adventures is licensed under the AALA (Adventure Activity Licensing Authority) to provide adventurous activities to participants and clients under the age of 18 years. As part of the licensing regulations it is a requirement that SRA gets written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Without proper consent the participant can not take part in any event provided by SRA or its Staff.

Southern Rock Adventures hold all of the appropriate licenses and insurance to operate and provide dangerous outdoor activities, however SRA recognises that whilst undertaking such activities accidents can occur and injuries can be sustained. Every effort will be made to ensure that such accident and injuries are limited and prevented.

The Legal Bit:

Participation in adventurous activities entails some risk of injury SRA staff are trained and appropriately qualified to run activity sessions and will at times proceed in a manner to limit the risk of injury. However participants must accept that injuries and accidents do happen. You will not hold Southern Rock Adventures personally responsible for any accident or injury during our events or at our premises.
