HIGH & LOW ROPES ACTIVITIES

We have access to a brand new state of the art low and high ropes course situated just a couple of miles from the main campus. Working in cooperation with an Independant Outdoor Activity Centre we are able to offer our customers a new activity geared towards working as a team. There are many companies out there where team work is essential whether it be working in a small office to a large warehouse. Southern Rock has developed a special package to help companies with staffing attitudes, abilities, trust, performance, and self esteam. We have various elements and activities to offer on our high and low ropes courses where all of the above issues can be incorporated in our team building days.

HIGH & LOW ROPES ACTIVITIES

All of our half day activities can incorporate either Low or High Ropes activities, it is not possible to do both due to time restraints and groups sizes and abilities. If you are booking a half day activity please make sure you book the activity that you all want.

There is a group size minimum of 5 people. So why not bring the whole family, office, department, and friends, the more you bring the more people you bring that more fun your day or activity will be.

LOW ROPES ACTIVITY DAYS

Our low ropes activities days will see you working as a team to conquor each activity where team work, physical and mental ability is required. After a safety breifing at the begining of the day from our instructors you will start off with some indoor based activities before moving onto the outdoor obstacles. The low ropes activities entails some hard and soft and close up activities that sometime require personal space and boundaries to be invaded to complete the activities.

HIGH ROPES ACTIVITY DAYS

Our high ropes course activity days are catered more for the individual need where team work is not needed as much as in the low ropes activities however team encouragement is a must. However there are a couple of activities where team work is needed such as the High All Aboard and the Crate Stack and the Jacobs Ladder. There are individual elements such as the Leaf of Death, Incline Log, Postmans Walk and the Multi Vine as well as the climbing and abseil walls. All of the high ropes elements entail activities being done at height with the High All Aboard being 8.5m high. All safety equipment is provided as well as instruction.

*During the summer months it is possible to extend the full days activities up to 9pm. We can provide an evening meal if requested. If you require the options of extending your days activities there will be an additional charge of:

£20.00 Per Additional Hour (June - September).

£4.00 Per Person for Additional Evening Meal (Choice of Packed Lunch or BBQ).
